We envision a digital platform that connects every part of a wrestling organization — events, talent, fans, training, video, merchandise, partners and history — under one official home.
A fan may arrive for tickets. A future wrestler may arrive for training. A local company may arrive to sponsor a match. A longtime follower may want results, video and history. The same website can serve all of them without feeling fragmented.
Not a five-page brochure. A structured wrestling platform that can begin lean and expand as the organization grows.
These are concept visuals, not final creative. The real site would use the organization’s actual brand, wrestlers, event photography, video and voice.

Every show gets a permanent home: poster, date, venue, tickets, match card, featured talent and — once the event is over — results, photos and video.

Roster means the organization’s talent lineup. Each wrestler can have an official profile connected to appearances, matches, championships, videos and merchandise.

Keep fans on the official site while video lives on the preferred platform. Organize full events, individual matches, promos, highlights and interviews.

If training is part of the business, it deserves its own funnel: explain the programs, introduce the coaches, answer common questions and convert interest into applications.

Give fans a reason to return between events. Registered members can build a profile, check in at events, collect badges, make predictions, join official supporter crews and unlock rewards — all inside a moderated environment controlled by the promotion.

Sell promotion merchandise and, later, connect each wrestler to their own products: shirts, hoodies, signed photos, posters, masks, collectibles and limited event drops.

Results should not disappear after social posts fade. Build an official public archive of events, match results, current champions and title history.

Turn local business relationships into a real program: event sponsors, match sponsors, vendors and community partners with clear benefits and inquiry paths.

Explain who you are, why the promotion exists, what makes the experience different and who is behind it. This matters for fans, sponsors, venues and media.
Social platforms are excellent for reach. An official Fan Zone gives the promotion a place where its most engaged supporters can return between events, participate, collect history and receive relevant offers — under the organization’s own rules and moderation.
Carlos has attended 8 events, follows El Fuego, has a 72% prediction record and has collected digital badges through event check-ins. His public profile becomes part of the official Pedro Wrestling community.
Belonging, recognition and useful benefits — not just another login.
A stronger first-party relationship with fans can support several existing revenue channels.
The final creative direction would be unique to the organization. This example shows the level of energy and storytelling we believe the category deserves.
A new event should not require rebuilding multiple pages manually. The platform can connect information so the same wrestler, event, video, result or product appears in the right places automatically.
Example: publish a wrestler once and their profile can display upcoming appearances, previous events, videos, championships and merchandise without recreating that information page by page.
No website can guarantee revenue, but the right structure can create more ways to convert the audience the organization is already building.
Make the next live show the clearest action throughout the site and give every event a strong conversion page.
Fan → Event → TicketTurn people who dream about entering the ring into qualified inquiries for beginner, advanced, youth or seminar programs.
Interest → Program → ApplyBuild products around the promotion, individual talent and special events instead of limiting merchandise to the venue.
Fan → Talent → MerchPackage visibility around events, matches, digital content and community programs so businesses can understand what they are buying.
Business → Package → InquiryOffer booths or vendor opportunities at selected events for relevant local businesses, creators and community partners.
Vendor → Event → AudienceRewards, event check-ins, referrals and sponsor perks can give fans reasons to return between shows while supporting tickets, merch and partner value.
Fan → Engage → ReturnBelow are fictional examples only. The point is to show how the website could present sponsor categories professionally instead of simply placing random logos in the footer.
Illustrative names only — not actual sponsors. Real partner branding would only be shown with the organization’s approval.

Presenting partner • Event sponsor • Main-event / match sponsor • Wrestler sponsor • Video segment sponsor • Academy partner • Vendor space • Community partner.
We would not copy these websites. They are useful references for thinking about different parts of the business: brand, events, academy, roster, merchandise, content and historical records.
Useful reference for an independent promotion combining events, roster, academy and watch/content positioning.
Visit website ↗Strong reference for the broader ecosystem: promotion, training, roster, history and merchandise.
Visit website ↗Useful reference for modern independent-wrestling branding, event presentation, community and content.
Visit website ↗A third-party wrestling database useful for understanding how deep event, wrestler, result and championship history can become.
Visit database ↗We intentionally have not included a project price yet. Once we understand what already exists, what needs to launch first and how much content must be created or migrated, we can recommend the right scope and cost.
The first version does not need every future feature on day one. The architecture can support growth while the launch scope focuses on the features that matter most now.
If this direction feels relevant, your answers will let us replace “Pedro Wrestling” with the real organization and prepare a much more accurate recommendation.
We would be excited to learn how your organization actually operates and help shape a digital platform that supports the next event while building a long-term asset for the brand — its talent, academy, fans, merchandise, partners, content and history.
